Recognizing this, Affiliated Advisors launched an initiative to support and empower these crucial team members. Spearheaded by Samantha Orvelo, our dedicated Client Service Specialist, the Monthly Admin Staff Roundtable is evolving how our network collaborates and shares knowledge.
The Genesis of an Idea
The concept for the Monthly Roundtable from a desire to recreate the collaborative environment. Sam took this seed of an idea and cultivated it into a full-fledged program. "We wanted to create a space where our admin staff could freely exchange ideas, solve problems collectively, and build relationships across our network," Sam explains.
How It Works
Every third Tuesday of the month, administrative staff from across the Affiliated Advisors network come together virtually for a knowledge-sharing session. The agenda typically includes:

Efficiency-boosting strategies
Relationship building across offices
"What makes this roundtable unique," Sam notes, "is that it's exclusively for admin staff. This creates an environment where they can speak openly about their challenges and ideas."
