New York, NY - Wealthmanagement.com has nominated Affiliated Advisors for a 2025 Industry Award in the Advisor Support Platforms category for its Synthesis Advisor Program.
The nomination marks the third consecutive year Affiliated Advisors has been recognized by "The Wealthies," the wealth management industry's premier awards program now in its eleventh year. The company previously won a Wealthies Award in the Advisor Support Platform category in 2023.
This year's awards drew entries from hundreds of companies across dozens of categories, from Alternative Investment Platforms to Family Office Technology and University CFP Programs. New categories were added to recognize innovation in artificial intelligence and alternative investments, reflecting the industry's response to advisors seeking new solutions for their practices and clients.
The nomination specifically recognizes Affiliated Advisors' approach to supporting new financial advisors through its Synthesis Advisor Program, which emphasizes hands-on mentorship over traditional cold-calling methods.
"Our research shows that hands-on experience is really a game changer," said Managing Director Trisha Qualy. "Historically, new advisors are sat in front of a phone with the white pages or a list of their own contacts. We are changing that, connecting new advisors with staff positions and mentorship instead of just saying, 'Here you go. Start dialing for dollars and we'll check back in a few months.'"
The awards ceremony will take place September 4 at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City, featuring afternoon industry discussions and networking events, followed by an evening black-tie gala.
