Affiliated Advisors captured the 2025 WealthManagement.com Industry Award in the Advisor Support Platforms category for its Synthesis Advisor Program at the prestigious "Wealthies" ceremony in New York City.
The win marks the second victory for Affiliated Advisors in the "Wealthies" competition, following the company's 2023 win in the Advisor Support Platform category for Thought Leadership.
Affiliated Advisors' Synthesis Advisor Program features a comprehensive, multi-stage approach designed to address the critical industry challenge where more than 70 percent of first-year advisors fail. The program emphasizes hands-on mentorship over traditional cold-calling methods through three distinct career stages:
- EntryPoint – Provides new advisors hands-on experience through internships and staff positions with senior mentor guidance.
- LaunchPad – Supports advisors transitioning to independence with comprehensive technology, compliance, and practice management resources.
- GrowthCatalyst – Accelerates established NextGen advisors through M&A opportunities and collaborative community support.

The awards ceremony took place September 4 at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City.
The Wealth Management Industry Awards for Advisor Support Platforms honors a new initiative, product, program, platform or enhancement to an existing platform/product that provides independent RIAs and or broker/dealer representatives with a full suite of resources designed to provide scale, convenience and cost-savings to run better businesses. Initiatives includes areas such as new technology applications, practice management programs and marketing tools. The financial professional applied for the recognition. 1,209 people were considered for this honor and nearly 300 companies were named finalists.
